182.6 pounds as of Christmas Day 2014. This is the heaviest I have ever been in my life and the heaviest I ever plan on being. This weight is something I am definitely not proud of and is something I will work on. I do not have a goal weight in mind (more of a specific image of where I'd like my body to be at) but what I'm assuming I'd need to weigh to be at that goal is roughly between 130-140lbs.

Cookie Addict?

As someone who is 100% obsessed with cookies and anything chocolate related, I must say the hardest thing about starting this new lifestyle will be cutting down on the goods. I do NOT want this to be a diet were I cut out everything and strictly eat greens and plain chicken breast. I want this new lifestyle to still incorporate some of the foods that I enjoy eating.. just not as regularly. If I'm being completely honest with all of you, cookies and chocolate bars are something I eat almost daily. I love chocolate, and tend to binge eat regularly. I think that is truly why I've gotten to be the size that I am. But I am saying goodbye to my cookie craze and saying hello to healthier days.

Fitness?

SO.. I think it may be time to finally start motivating myself to become fit. I've battled with my weight my entire life and I think it’s finally time to commit myself to a new lifestyle. I've tried losing weight before and I've been successful in losing quite a few pounds.. but as soon as I start seeing results, I give up and quit. SO THIS IS WHAT I'M DOING DIFFERENTLY. I'm hoping this blog will keep me motivated to lose weight, and I've also decided that I'm not going to start working out right away. I'm going to eat clean for 2-3 weeks before I begin exercising so my body can prepare itself. Sound good? Alright, I'll also be posting what my diet is going to consist of and some pictures of my weight now so we can really see the progress I’m making over time. I know this is going take a while but I think I'm finally ready for this.
